OVER 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Child Custody and Visitation

At Strich Law Firm we recognize that child custody litigation can be extremely hard not only on children but also on parents. That is why our approach in child custody matters is not to litigate unless absolutely necessary. If you have questions about any child custody matter involving divorce, paternity, grandparents' rights, or modification of or enforcement of existing Court Orders, contact one of our attorneys experienced in all child custody and visitation rights matters.

New Jersey—Best Interests of the Children

New Jersey law currently emphasizes that the best interests of the children is the most important issue to consider in deciding child custody and visitation issues and cases. By recognizing that our clients are also interested in their children's best interests, we help parents in both divorce and paternity matters by considering all the factors to ensure an outcome that takes each child's best interests into account. Whether the parents can agree on shared custody or the matter must be taken to the court to decide, we believe in helping our clients to obtain an outcome that will enable their children to grow and thrive. With any custody and visitation issue is child support. Although New Jersey utilizes a child support worksheet to help determine the child support amount, the uniqueness of a particular clients' case can be considered in deviating from the Guidelines. If you have questions about child support or the interplay between child support and custody, contact the experienced child custody and visitation rights lawyers at Strich Law Firm.

Modification, Enforcement, Relocation

We handle all child custody matters in divorce, separation, and paternity cases. We also represent clients who need assistance in Post-Judgment modification and enforcement of existing court orders, including those cases in which the relocation of a parent is at issue. If you or your ex-spouse is considering a relocation that could affect your custody and visitation rights, contact an experienced family law attorney at Strich Law Firm.
